We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your choice. While made-to-order gowns have limited return options, our ready-to-wear items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all luxury tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
